Our offer comprises design, supply and assembly of a universal system of aluminium sections produced by KĘTY S.A. and SAPA POLAND limited liability company.

ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska combining these two systems has prepared its own set of profiles and special methods of joining them that are used to fit mounts known as KOMBI BIURO-PROFIL, SYSTEM 8Ł.

We have also solutions from METRA POLAND ALUMINIUM system.

KOMBI BIURO-PROFIL

In this system we can:

  • produce screen walls - fixed and moveable
  • partition walls and mounts of separated working- and serving- places

Moreover, this system enables maximum use of the space and maximum equipment - application of appropriate materials.

SYSTEM 8Ł

  • In this system we can produce:
  • a module furniture mount in offices and production-servicing rooms
  • dressing rooms in working places and in sports objects
  • heater screens
  • railings
  • flower pots
  • advertisement constructions

In both systems one can make:

INNER AND OUTER MOULD SYSTEM - METRA POLAND ALUMINIUM

We would like to inform you that ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska has been specialising in supply and assembly interior elements for 15 years. Now, the company has concluded a contract with METRA POLAND ALUMINIUM Sp. z o.o. as an authorised assembly shop entitled to use documents referring to owned certificates and attestations.

Thanks to various profile variants (flat or rounded) it is possible to apply the system in any building (even monumental one). Due to law costs it is the most commonly used system of profiles with thermal partition in Poland.

Indoor walls are easy to fit and have a vast range of accessories:

  • Indoor windows - fixed and moveable
  • Indoor doors - sliding, oscillatory etc.

DESIGN:

ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska produces beside standard holes also other types of holes, openings etc. to order. They are available in various sizes and shapes (also round and elliptical).

The service covers: visits to a building site, measurements, consultation on the contract project, vast range of offered profiles and ferrules as well as technological aspects that enables every functional and design solution.

Machines imported by our company and technology of treatment guarantee the highest possible precision and high efficiency which means short supply of ordered elements.

We offer four basic aluminium profile series:

  • diameter 40 mm NC 40 NUOVO type - rebate system
  • diameter 45 mm NC 45 INTERNATIONAL type
  • diameter 45 mm NC 45 STH SUPERTHERMIC type with a thermal partition
  • diameter 68 mm NC 68 STH SUPERTHERMIC type - as above

SYSTEM OF ALUMINIUM PROFILES METRA

Rebate window and door profiles
  • NC 40 N - profile without a thermal partition, 40 mm thick, most commonly used to construct glass partition walls, it is possible to fill it with chosen filling - maximum thickness 27 mm; approved by ITB.
  • NC 45 INTERNATIONAL - profile without a thermal partition, 45 mm thick, used to indoor mount, in oscillatory and sliding automatic door; chosen filling - maximum 31 mm thick.
  • NC 55 INTERNATIONAL - profile without a thermal partition, 55 mm thick, used to indoor mount, imported to order
  • NC 45 STH - double-chamber system with a thermal partition, used in windows, entrance doors, overall heat-transfer coefficient <3.5W/m2; DIN 2.2 material group; approved by ITB.
  • NC 68 STH - tripple-chamber profile with a thermal partition, used in windows, entrance doors; , overall heat-transfer coefficient <2.8W/m2; DIN 2.1 material group; thanks to rounded lines it can be used e.g. in monumental architecture; approved by ITB.
  • NC 65 STH - tripple-chamber profile with a thermal partition, used in windows, entrance doors; , overall heat-transfer coefficient =2.6W/m2; DIN 2.1 material group; a ready product imported to order.
  • NC 72 STH - tripple-chamber profile with a thermal partition, used in windows, entrance doors; , overall heat-transfer coefficient <2.0W/m2; DIN 1. material group; a ready product imported to order.
  • AELLE 70 - aluminium-wooden profile, without a thermal partition, used to interior mount, wooden oak skirting boards in a chosen colour; imported to order.
  • AELLE 80 - aluminium-wooden profile, with a thermal partition, used to interior mount, wooden oak skirting boards in a chosen colour; imported to order.
  • SUPERBLINDO - 'cold' aluminium profile with a bullet-proof insert used in banks and cash desks.

Sliding window and door profiles

  • NC 60 INTERNATIONAL - 'cold' profile used e.g. for sliding cash desk windows.
  • NC 90 INTERNATIONAL, NC 70, NC 90 S - window profiles without a thermal partition; not used in Poland.
  • NC 60 STH, 150 STH - profiles with a thermal partition used exclusively in sliding windows and balcony doors; imported to order.

All aluminium profiles are made of 6060 alloy by an Italian company METRE and coated with pulverised varnish in accordance with RAL table to a layer of min 30 micrometer.

Frame corners are stiffened with aluminium pressed sections, riveted and kneaded, joint are additionally glued with a two-component preparation BOSTIK.

This system ensures an ideal right angle of the frame and highest resistance to static and dynamic load strain of a wing. Double gaskets and European open joints guarantee tightness to rain- and snowfall, noise, air inflation. All gaskets are made of EPDM (dutrol). Special openings in bottom frames successfully prevent any possible condensation.

Thermal profiles have two polyamide strips reinforced with glass fibre (155 mm for profiles 45 mm, 24 mm for profiles 68 mm in accordance with DIN 4108 norm) inserted. They belong to the material group 2.2.2.1 (overall heat-transfer coefficient 2.8W/m2 K<Kr).
Tests on Watertightness, noise, air, temperature differences and resistance to static and dynamic load have been conducted by an Italian institute - Rosenheim and they prove our products belong to the world's best class products. Tests results have been confirmed by the Building Research Institute.

At present we have:

1. Technical attestation ITB for NC 45 STH, NC 40 N, NC 68 STH systems.
2. PAULICORT certificates for varnished aluminiu profiles
3. UNIEN certificate ISO 9001, 9002

ASSEMBLY

To avoid any possible destruction or soiling of our products during construction works and to facilitate work of our assembling team we offer an entirely new assembling system in stages.
While building the walls (as-built condition) we also fit outer frame made of galvanised steel with EPDM gaskets, that fully vanishes in the walls and is later covered with an aluminium profile.
The frame in question is tightly filled with sand and protects the opening while finishing works.
On finishing plaster works, we assembly fixed and moveable aluminium frames.

We offer the following orders:

  • two-phase assembly - conducted by our company
  • we provide advice on our products
  • dismantlement of existing openings
  • transport

The system enables great freedom in the choice of shape, room size and room adaptation to various needs and conditions. Partitions do not meet requirements for building carrying constructions and can be burdened only with light objects.

Presented systems are our vast offer, that we are willing to adjust to your needs and financial condition.

The basic advantage of the systems is possibility to rebuild or build in additional mount elements without any difficulties and at any time, which is nowadays a frequent need imposed by technology of office works that are supported by a computer.
