Agreements made already during building works phase:

  • floor installation works may be carried out on a relatively uneven surface (eg. sharply floated dressing)
  • the speed of conducted works
  • assembly is dry only with use of glue and screw joints
  • it is also not needed to even up the raw surface of base or put any additional levelling layer
  • simple assembly ensures that even in difficult building situations that may occur, especially in objects subject to modernisation, the progress of works is much faster than before.

Floor panel material:

  • Strongly pressed chipboardpanel saturated with resin of density from 650 to 750 kg/m3, in a conductive version with admixture of graphite; the panel is coated underside with aluminium foil 0.2 mm thick or galvanised steel sheet 0.5 mm thick or laminate MAHLE
  • Calciferous-gypsum panel strengthened with cellulose of density 1500 kg/m3
  • Aluminium - a cast of aluminium alloys with strong finning on the underside,
  • steel or anhydrite
  • concrete - floor panel made of specially produced light concrete, finished off with steel gutter securing floor edges and guaranteeing maximum floor stability.
  • Each floor panel is strengthened with a steel net (wire trussm thick) to increase the load bearing capacity of the floor system; size of the panel: 600X600X32.5 mm;
  • natural stone panels can be made to order

Protection of edges: all floor panels (with the exclusion of aluminium ones) are protected on side phased edges with PCV conductive tape with the logo of producer

Trim: PCV lining in antielectrostatic, conductive, insulating version, carpet lining in tiles 500X500 mm big, parquet, natural stone, elastic coverings, MAHLE laminate.

Supporting construction:

VARIANT I: detached post made of galvanised steel sheet St3Sx glued to the base or screwed with studs or anchors

VARIANT II: detached post made of galvanised steel sheet St3Sx combined by stringers. MAHLE system ensures the greatest possible stability of construction - due to the fact that stringers must be screwed to heads of foot plates. Posts are glued to the base or screwed with studs or anchors

VARIANT III: detached post made of galvanised steel sheet St3Sx combined by steel profiles C 40/40/2 hot galvanised. MAHLE system ensures the greatest possible stability of construction - due to the fact that profiles must be screwed to heads of foot plates with specially designed screws. Posts are glued to the base or screwed with studs or anchors

VARIANT IV: detached post made of galvanised steel sheet St3Sx combined by steel profiles C 80/40/2 hot galvanised. MAHLE system ensures the greatest possible stability of construction - due to the fact that profiles must be screwed to heads of foot plates with specially designed screws. Posts are glued to the base or screwed with studs or anchors. Such a solution well mates with variant III ensuring safety for heavy equipment located on the construction without the necessity to provide special mount, eg. in LV and HV stations.

The size given is counted from the upper edge of the floor panel. It is possible to combine heights (creation of auditorium) or stair spaces.

Giving the dimension of floor void it is necessary to subtract the height of the panel depending on the system and
The height of supporting elements of the construction (stringer or profile C40/40/2)

Pursuant to binding Polish norms and recommendations e.g. one NR 56 of 18th December 1997, issued by Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., President of TP S.A. Board, access floors supplied by ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska meet the following requirements for antielectrostatic floor materials:

  • The surface of floor in operating conditions is not likely to electrify to a dangerous extent
  • Floor material does not cause dangerous electrification of working people
  • Floor ensures fast enough offtake of surplus electric charge from the conductive objects in touch with floor, including human body

Fulfilment of the above-mentioned requirements is considerably determined by the value of the so-called electrical resistance measured between floor surface and grounding main.

In the areas threatened with an explosion fast enough offtake of surplus electric charge means

Ru <= 1000000 Ohm

Such a value is ensured by the floor systems offered by ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska with graphite filling (conductive), applied with conductive materials. In areas not threatened with an explosion, where static electricity may cause interference (computer rooms, electronic labs, electronic switch boards etc.) the value of fast enough offtake of surplus electric charge equals:

5*1000 Ohm <=Ru <= 1000000000 ohm

When assembling antielectrostatic or conductive floors we suggest that supporting construction should be fitted with special grips enabling floor construction to be connected to the earth bar in the room

Fire resistance class: we guarantee safety to you and your building

All access floors have been tested and granted a positive opinion by the Polish Institute of Building Technology.

  • Floor with a chipboardpanel - non-flammable and incombustible as well as F30
  • Floor with an aluminium panel - non-flammable and incombustible as well as F30
  • Calciferous panel - incombustible - F60
  • Steel or anhydrite - incombustible - F60
  • Concrete - incombustible

Base: in order to perform professional assembly of the access floor, General Contractor of the object is obliged to put a self-levelling layer or provide smoothly floated dressing

Assembly: platform panels are set unbounded on foot plates that are glued, screwed or nailed to the base (if needed heads of foot plates are linked with stringers). Assembly is carried out by company's own assembling team that are well-qualified and well-skilled. We do not subcontract assembly or other works to third parties taking into consideration fact that we are fully responsible for the accomplishment of our contract.

Guarantee and maintenance: as a rule, all access floors fitted by ZPUH Paweł Łukasiak i Ska are cleaned and maintained with the use of special cleansers for surface lining. Enclosures by technical acceptance are: product guarantee in writing and information on the use and maintenance of access floors.

The company gives a guarantee on its products that is from 1 to 7 years. We suggest concluding a maintenance contract for floors provided by both our company as well as other companies.

For the system to fulfil 100% of its functions it is necessary to remember about its proper maintenance. That is why we provide each of our clients with guidelines how to use and maintain access floors together with suggested cleansers and preservatives.

  • suction cup - grip to lift floor panels for PCV panels and carpet lining
  • ramp - strengthened and adjusted to transportation of heavy equipment or in standard version in case it is necessary to move into the room technical equipment

    Underfloor cable carriers made of galvanised steel elements protected against a fire and meeting antifire regulations.
