PARTITION WALLS IN SANITARY UNITS: As far as construction is concerned they are self-supporting modules; construction made of aluminium sections, polyvinyl chloride (PCV) technology.
Most commonly used screen material are laminated chipboardpanels or construction plate KRONOLIT type ensuring nice appearance, easy to clean and meeting B class requirements.

SIZE:
The size of the walls are adjusted, in accordance with to project, to the existing rooms

Equipped with two sets of functional hinges, knob set - knob O 50 with a finger nest, lock with signalling "free/occupied" with emergency unlock system - a product of ECO Schulte.
Aluminium profile with a rubber gasket N-6 type.
Construction made up of aluminium profiles, filling with MDF panels.
System Wall:

the filling of system walls are MDF panels 18 mm, laminated on both sides with white melamine foil. Profiles are covered with C18 channel bar.
Characteristics: MDF panels 18 mm are resistant to abrasion, scratching, temperature. Surface structure is smooth and wood-like. It has a certificate issued by Research and Attestation Centre "ZETOM" in Katowice. Hygienic assessment was issued by the Institute of Tropical Marine Medicine in Gdynia.

VARIANT IV - WC CABINS LC ISO-MAX TYPE

ISO-MAX is a system of light partition walls made of high-pressure laminate.

Technical details:

  • Walls of cabins are made of homogenious laminate COMPAKT - a product of ISO MAX (imported from Austria), thickness 1 mm, colours from the producer's offer.
  • The height of the system is 2000 mm, including carrying construction up to 150 mm.
  • Foot plates - are fixing elements - produced by NORMBAU or POL-MET. In the former case - foot plates are made of steel coated with plastics whereas in the latter - these are steel elements pulverised either with chrome or varnish. Foot plates are fixed to the ground with bolts.
  • It is planned that each door is equipped with 3 hinges TB 82 with a spring/TB 78 without a spring.
  • Front door and side walls ferrules, upper rack, hinges and knobs are made of the same materials as foot plates.
  • Ferrules produced by NORMBAU are available in three colours: RAL 9005(black), RAL 3003 (red), RAL 9016 (white), RAL 7043 (dark grey), RAL 3005 (deep-red), RAL 5003 (dark blue) - imported from Germany.
  • Ferrules produces by POL-MET are available in three colours: RAL 9016 (white), RAL 3003 (red), RAL 7043 (grey).
  • The standard width of a cabin is 1000 mm.
  • The standard depth of a cabin is 1200 mm.
  • The width of the door: 800 mm.

Our cabins are characterised by high endurance, functionality and resistance to acts of vandalism.

Equipped with two self-closing hinges.
Materials and construction - the same as in partition walls.

construction is made up of LAMINAT COMPACT panel, thickness 10mm, colour - chosen from the producer's offer (a product of ISO-MAX AUSTRIA).
Fixing element - brazen casts covered with polyester varnish in one of RAL colours. Producer's designation NCS 0301-G83Y. A product of SPECTRA Sweden.
Characteristics: round knob - a product of NORMBAUM.
Variant: knob - diameter 50 mm, in one of colours offered by the producer. Click lock with signalling "free/occupied" with emergency unlock system - a product of SPECTRA SWEDEN.

The establishments provides assembly-maintenance services. It fits produced elements, modernises and repairs mounts.
Assembly is carried out by own well-qualified and well-trained assembling teams. We do not subcontract any work to third parties, taking into consideration the fact that we are fully responsible for the accomplishment of our contract.
